A hub-and-spoke platform, built with purpose.

Every therapeutic asset deserves capital, attention, and a timeline suited to its stage — not whatever the rest of the portfolio can spare. A single-company model can't offer that. Hub-and-spoke can.

Right capital for the right stage

Early assets with higher potential IRR (but lower absolute dollars) don't get valued down to match a late-stage asset sitting in the same entity. Each SubCo raises capital on its own merits.

No single valuation drags the platform

One advanced asset's rich valuation, or one setback, doesn't cap or contaminate what investors will pay for a different asset at a different stage.

Clean, independent transactions

Each SubCo can be licensed, sold, partnered, or wound down on its own timeline without unwinding or renegotiating anything else in the portfolio.

Attracts the right investor to each deal

Early-stage, venture-style capital for discovery assets; larger, return-conscious capital for de-risked, later-stage assets. Each in the vehicle built for it.

The same logic extends to cost: each SubCo carries only the external expense and salary its stage actually requires — not a fixed, fully-loaded structure set on day one. Right-sized economics, not just right-sized capital.

Dan brings deep operations and commercial expertise from a career spanning gene therapy, biologics, and vaccines. Most recently CEO of uniQure N.V. and SVP & COO of ViroPharma. He has served on the Boards of Directors of Acadia Pharmaceuticals, KalVista Pharmaceuticals, DBV Technologies, and previously served as President of Chiron Vaccines through its acquisition by Novartis, and as President & CEO of Epigenesis Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career, he held VP and director roles in worldwide marketing operations at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. B.S. in Pharmacy, University of Iowa.

Sri Chunduru, PhD

25+ years, early discovery through Phase 3 clinical development

PhD biochemist with 25+ years in industrial drug discovery and development across oncology, rare disease, antivirals, and nucleic acid therapeutics. Track record of advancing programs from early discovery through Phase 3 clinical development, with deep expertise in ASO-based therapies, IAP antagonists, and TLR agonists. Formerly CSO at EveryONE Medicines; VP Translational Research at Idera Pharmaceuticals; Senior Director of Biology at TetraLogic Pharmaceuticals.

Dan, Steve, and Sri bring the complementary skillsets of commercial operator, corporate operator, and scientist — essential to de-risking early-stage assets.
